This class is very relaxed, free-flowing, often changing to accommodate the needs of the particular Mommas and babies gathering on that day. Pressure-free, Mom’s can connect with their babies through physical asana, holding-friendly posturing, in a nursing and noise-friendly space that is moulded to meet the needs of infants. This class offers Mommas an opportunity to find their center in the often chaotic and busy first weeks and months of a baby’s life, while fostering meaningful connections with other Mothers having the same experience.
